Had a week in Copenhagen in the '55. On leave from Baumholder, Germany. I was 20. Went over to the Tivioli and walked up to a table where four young ladies were seated. Struck up a conversation, and after chatting with them and explaining my situation, I got up and said I was taking a walk, and wondered if any of them would like to come along. One did. She didn't teach me how to drink aquivat with my breakfast fish. But I had a wonderful week.
