Update on the missing RAM and smoking Monitor: Called Tech support several times, hoped to get some shipping info. Finally talked to John Smith at Tech Support, the most helpful guy yet! He really tried to track down what's going on. Even though he wasn't able to get the airbill # for me, at least he told me the monitor should arrive today, but the RAM apparently has been approved but not shipped out! so I will be staring at my monitor and computer whole weekend with NO RAM!!! argh... ws
