CEO Is Unlikely to Be Indicted Not a surprise, to me. It was CASE CLOSED as soon as the AAPL filing on the matter came out, no matter how many people here felt otherwise... Message 23139727 Most of us have known AAPL for a long time. Not a chance in hell would the company have said what it said, had facts been otherwise.
