Starting a short position in MDVN. But will probably keep it small until results are out. If positive, evaluate the concerns raised in the post to which this is a reply. There are options, but the spreads are horrendous. Given the binary nature of the upcoming event, I am rather surprised by that, and by the lack of open interest. I'd think folks would make a bet here in large scale, and force the market in options to react, but not yet, anyway. Anyone with thoughts or insights on this one, please feel free to comment.
