many other gun users are not. Why should you set the standard? The numbers prove otherwise - with 100's of millions of guns in the USA and millions of owners - if even 1% were irresponsible there would be way more incidents of violence. The fact the numbers are so low and caused by such a small number of people speaks volumes as to the legal gun owners maturity. This Cho guy, although a legal owner, is the exception to the rule - generally the offender has no right to own guns in the first place. Oh right.......the strawman We license cars and test - don't you get behind that one? :-)
