It seems to me this NPV approach assumes that one can snap their fingers and all the metals buried in the earth pop to the surface refined and ready to sell. I don't think so. Mr Market says URZ is worth $275 million today, not the NPV value of $1.2 billion. I think that Mr Market is being overly generous. If we take your 16 million lbs-U and divide it into the mkt cap it says Mr Market is paying $17/PITG. That's double a reasonable valuation.

When this market starts correcting it's going to be fast and furious.
