Neek, people who have a good diet and a bit of exercize, don't need even a single sheet of single ply. Perhaps just one to make sure. But if with good timing, then one can just have the shower as planned and use not a single ply.
In the shower, soap [no stinky animal fat based muck] only the sweaty stinky bits, wash the hair, rinse the face, have a bit of a warm up to feel good, get out. 5 litres of water should do it. Okay, maybe 10 in winter.
Several decades ago, my grandmother said not to use soap on your face as it washes the oils off. I thought she was telling me old wives' tales as I was brought up that lots of soap was a good thing. Now I know my grandmother was right. Skin cancer is epidemic in white baby boomers in NZ. Leaving oil on skin and staying out of bright sun would have been a better strategy.

PS: Vegetarian poo is less stinky too! Vegetarians live longer and healthier. No, I'm not a vegetarian, but mostly so. |
