Thanks for the info on cups and handles.
So for ANCR, the cup part would basically be from last week of Jan
to 1st August, and the handle part would be since August 1st. Is
there any rule on how long the handle part usually lasts compared
to the cup part. Do you have any examples showing what a
breakout typically looks like.
