Yes, the new melanoma testing is good news, but what I don't understand is why the earlier results were thought to be insufficient in terms of efficacy. So if the new testing gives as good results as that so far, it's likely that at least some regulatory agencies will grant approval.

The first application went before European regulators. Now it looks like the newer tests may be submitted in a number of other countries, including Australia.

The bad news is that the longer it takes to get approval, the worse off the company is financially, and the more likely the stock will be diluted prior to earning anything.
