Strat has taken a lot of fecal matter from numerous meddling Bozos, especially the snowbound blockheads from sunny south Flushdatoilet and their share-flipping, slimers contingent in Canukia. Hence, the HQ is in terminal turtle mode. I'd suggest you collect super cheapie shares, as those who know Sam are very aware of the extensive efforts going on in Russia.
