MM, of course it depends on the vegetarian diet. You can't just eat any old thing and think it'll be hunky dory. A good quality poo, without any mess, is an important facet of life. One has to figure out the input to get the good quality output. One trip to a spicy Indian restaurant and it will be game over. Too much fruit will mess it up too. And this and that. A happy balance between concrete and slop is needed. There should be books on it. "How to have a happy poo" or, "Mqurice's Single ply, single sheet approach to life, happiness and financial efficiency". I could make a fortune. I bet hordes of people have no idea how to get things right. Mqurice
