Talking with 2 securities attnys --
Interesting of what can be done - Just a wait and see attitude until Harry BALLS deal is out in the open with facts.....
Also both said to get the SEC involved NOW -- Have the shareholders report all of Harry Balls emails and activities to the sec --- The more facts not complaints, you give to the SEC - is when the SEC will get involved.. Even if the company is gone, Mr Ball is still on the hook for PAST Actions of his fidicuary responsiblities of running the company.. Insider trading, not complying with sec regulations. Epsly if he commited Fraud while doing his duties!! Both said for ex: "ENRON"..
He thinks he is scott free but its really not the case... If Mr Ball has a deal in the works at this time with any customer relating with new income of any of his patents, company activities and its not reported at the time of this transaction, and it reports income after the dumping of the company the Mr Ball has commited A-1 Fraud. We can sue him BIG TIME! and trust me - We will - esply put an injuction on his patent and income of sales..
Im telling everyone - his downfall is the emails he sent to the shareholders!!
Im not happy about the FROGS --- I invested in EVS! and was lied to by CEO/President Mr Harry BALLS..
