but you cannot call it illegal.

I never have. I've called it stupid many times.

However, right of return of displaced civilians after wars is also international law, so Israel cannot expect peace until they allow the Pals back if you want to hide behind legal tests. Think thats going to happen? You use international law when it suits you, rather than looking for compromise, but in other situations, you are all for compromise and ignoring international law. Can't have it both ways.

Oh yeah.. the guy who took $400K from an Iraqi agent, and later was caught red-handed conducting his sexual predation online in a police directed "honey trap"?

It is a matter of being correct. We went to war based on lots of crap from other Iraqi's. I guess we trusted the wrong ones.

And wasn't he the same guy who, in 1998, demanded that the Clinton administration be prepared to use military force to make Saddam's regime comply with UNSCOM inspections?

He had clearly changed is view by 2003. What matters in 2003? One's views from 1998 or from 2003? Why am I even asking you such an obvious question?

And none of the analysts I spoke with could account for them. They just chose not to address the topic.

Why not list all the claims we made that turned out to be nonsense instead? What about those mobile bioweapons trailers?? Or all the imaginary Scuds he still had?
