No wonder the World Bank is screwed up, the board isn't sure if nepotism is against the rules. Do you have any evidence of nepotism, or are you just convicting him without trial? Do you realize that he requested to be recused from any employment/career decisions regarding his girlfriend, and was denied recusal by the board?
