Well that poll of course doesn't even apply to the war between Saddam's regime and the coalition. That discusses the war to bring electricity and health care and safety to the Iraqi population 4 years after the fall of Saddam's regime. Sure, I'll agree the coalition is losing the war to improve Iraqi health care and to make Iraq's electrical grid work 24-7. A strange war, that one. I guess the team that wants bad health care and non-functioning power grids and exploding cars every other day in front of the local shwarma shop is winning that one.
