Ken, I received the same information. But, your needs may be with the specs of that unit. I have 3 friends that have the same unit and are very happy with theirs. Spec. are set under controlled conditions. I have used the room Ionic by another manufacture and was very happy with the added benefit for that room in a whole house system. Hope that helps. If they work for you that is what matters. It is like a quiet furnace, not all furnaces are quiet to each person.
