That cruise pretty much stays inland and won't see big water. Also those ships have stabilizers and such to take a lot of the rock out in even moderate seas.

If your ever sea sick again, lay down flat. Most people don't because they think that will make them more sick. As long as your upright your inner ear is trying to balance and you will just get more sick. Lay down and about 90% of the time you'll just fall asleep.
