I know you are not but some funds are taking some large positions. LA county is breaking ground on the landfill next to Mesquite this Friday. Governor schwarzenegger may be making a big mention of Western in a speech Friday. But no one listens I am the lonely Western bull. LOL. I figure that Western can save about 20-40 bucks an ounce by selling the fill dirt to LA county for covering the sanitary waste dump material.This has not been counted for in their all in costs on their presentation.
