We've done 5 cruises to Alaska...4 of them Inside Passage, the last one was outside to Hubbard ...Both of us were feeling the effects of the Outside waves...and that was on Celebrity's big 'boat'....one fellow at our table couldn't come to dinner that night...was too sick. (football player and neat guy...his wife was just fine)

I think it is Marazine that helps me ...but there are several out now if you get seasick, and I do....

Never been sick on the Inside Passage trips... Favorite place is Glacier Bay...Holland America has a few cruises where they spend most of a day there..barely moving. To me, it's a mystical place.

Hubbard on the other hand, is amazing...HUGE glacier, 3 going into one...calves all the time... It is one of the glaciers in the world that is actually ADVANCING! Even in the supposed Global Warming.

Our ship for this one had a 2 hour into the Hubbard, 2 hours close to it, and 2 hours on the journey out... Just that day alone was worth the trip....
