TJ, that's not really honest. It was a split decision with the judges having the casting vote: <while 800 folks selected the next Chief Executive of Hong Kong Inc, a mere few judges chose Bush, > Which is not to say a popular vote with casting vote judges necessarily gives a better result than does a group of political drones in a totalitarian country.
