Thanks. Saw it already. CDN is doing great in the marketplace and the 150% growth looks impressive, but I still can't find anyone who has "transitioned" yet. Any names or #'s?

CDN's reported that its "deep-submicron" business did $14mm in the 2q96, $19.4mm in 1q97, and $36.3mm in the 2q97.

On an apples to apples basis: first, strip out the HLD Systems acquisition that added $3mm in 1q97 and about $3.5mm in 2q97 and the 1q97 was about $16.5mm and the 2q97 was about $33mm in "deep sub-micron products. Next, strip out roughly $9mm for the 1-time NEC deal(50% of the $18-20mm NEC deal was recognized in the quarter and NEC is standardized on CDN tools, i.e. no AVNT P&R products in the shop) and $3-5mm for the Cypress deal that was recognized in the quarter(CY also standardized on CDN P&R a number of years ago, no AVNT P&R in the shop) and then the 2q97 number becomes $21-$23mm. Great growth (57% year to year and 33% quarter to quarter) but expected due to the company's first major product release in two years.

CDN has additional product releases coming to market in the 4q97 and 1-2q98 which should continue to drive accelerating growth rates in their overall product revenues.
