Hey William: I have been into this stock for over a year now, and am thinking about averaging down myself. HOwever, I am concerned that I HAVE YET to receive any information from Toppers in regards to their financials. I thought all stocks listed on an US exchange needed to file some sort of report with the SEC and with their shareholders ? Perhaps this is not the case ? Any thoughts ??? Tony
