Beyond that, there's an article in the latest NM on WWS and how they're pulling out of Kazahkstan altogether:

...World Wide Minerals (WWS-T) is withdrawing from Kazakstan following a difficult summer during which the government there first refused to grant the company's 95%-owned subsidiary, KazUran, a uranium-export licence and then cancelled KazUran's management contract to operate the Tselinny Gorno-Khimicheskii Kombinat (TGK) uranium project in the northern city of Stepnogorsk.
..."We have been told that the government has decided to re-nationalize the uranium industry," says World Wide Chairman Paul Carroll. "It is a complete reversal of the basis upon which we were enticed to come into the country in the first place. We intend to recover our loss, which is at least US$23 million, plus the value of our lost opportunity and profits, as well as the loss of market capitalization that we have suffered in the interim."
