That dubious information thing IS a problem. Guess who had the most dubious information? Well, the fellow who was wrong. But even NOT in hindsight, Bush and company had dubious info- they just didn't care, and you don't care that they didn't care. So why should I care what you think or what you write? You defend failure, and you ignore the dubiousness on your own side. In the real world that makes your opinion trivial.

If you come up with something new, let me know. If it's more of this "I'm ignoring the problem with Bush's evidence and I'm going to go on and on about the idea of hindsight not being 20/20 in order to take the spotlight off the idiocy of Bush's ME advntures" post that to someone who already agrees with you- because they are the only people who will buy what you are selling.
