LAS VEGAS, April 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HGCP) announced today that the Company has resolved and settled all outstanding litigation with and against its former director and CEO, Mark Gray. The settlement was on terms mutually acceptable to both the Company and Gray. The terms of settlement were not disclosed.
