Yes, you do say “If they are able to make any wins” but you say this after taking the position that SCO's claim on the copyright is so strong you can't imagine a counter argument.

Or to be more accurate you say -- “Wow..............When I read through this, I can only sit here thinking about what the current Novell management team was thinking ... and what they will ever be able to pull out to refute this evidence.”

Side note that I have wondered about in the past. Someone showed me this link to see history of short interest in SCOX

Between Jan 2007 till April 2007 short interest fell from 3.5 mil to 2 mil. I think it is fair to say that a significant percentage of buys over that time are associated with shorts covering. IMH uneducated O this is a factor in preventing this stock from dropping further then it actually has.
