SLJB Promoter Rick Fernandez Urges Leslie Budway For CEO

I guess he was mightily impressed by her talent in writing her first PR on 4/13/07 and making false or misleading statements in her debut.

It may also be the case that Rick is a little put off by Steve Sulja avoiding meeting with him.

I was doing some thinking a little while ago, and I thought I'd run by you a few of my thoughts that have been circling in my mind today.

We all want what's good for the company and it's shareholders. I think we can all agree on that.

We all want a strong, well known and respected leader with a good knowledge on the everyday operations of our company.

We all want a leadership that is well connected to the shareholders and their requirements.

After consideration of the above mentioned items and the events that have followed our current CEO, Steve Sulja,. And in consideration of how the public views Steve Sulja in spite of what has transpired over the last five months, I vote for a fresh start and a change in the CEO position of Sulja Bros. to someone that I think is better qualified for the job. Someone who has a clean history with respect to the events we have endured over the course of a year.

I know some of you may be think that I'm going crazy, but I'll tell you a little bit more….

Although I have never met Steve personally, I have talked to him on the phone several times. He seems like a really nice person and I have nothing personal against Steve Sulja or any of the Suljas, for that matter. I only say this because I think we deserve a "Pit Bull" for a CEO, someone who knows the company operations well, is well respected by all employees and basically gets the job done better than our expectations.

In addition, we need a CEO that is better connected with the shareholders in ways our current CEO isn't if we want more information released to us and if we want to be better informed.

Steve Sulja knows the business, after all, it’s the family business for 20 years, but I feel that he is better suited in a different position in the company, for example; sales or getting new customers. I hear he is quite good at it. In fact, he and his brother Andy Sulja, whom I met on the last trip to Windsor do very well in sales.

I ask you to consider Leslie Budway as the next CEO of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd.

Leslie is not only a close friend on mine, I trust her completely to run our company in a way which we will all approve of.

She is a fighter and is the one in charge of collecting all of the money for the company.

She is hard to beat at her job, and I can only see her doing an even better job as CEO of SLJB if she had the opportunity to do so.

Leslie is well respected by all of the employees at the company and she understands how to run the operations. I wouldn’t be asking you guys to consider Leslie for the job if I didn’t think it would be a great move for the company and it’s shareholders.

Also, I have thought about some of the concerns that may bother some investors about having a female CEO, when the Middle East doesn't accept female CEO's as we do in North America. To this I say the following:

In the end, the deals are brought to the table through the efforts of Petar and his connections in the Middle East. When you are talking about the kind of money involved in these deals, I don't think it will really matter. All that matters is that our CEO knows the business, and this I know Leslie knows.

Leslie has been at the company for the past 6 years and has been offered positions at other companies due to her vast knowledge.

I firmly believe that she will go after those that have tried to hurt the company with a vengence.

I am going to set up a poll tonight for you guys to take a vote. Think about what I have just said very thoroughly. Think about how great it would be to have someone many of us have already talked to and had a few laughs with as our CEO. In the end, I think it will be an excellent choice.

If the response is good and she has your support, I will mention it to the management tomorrow and I’ll see what can be done.

Leslie does not know about this, she will probably kill me if she reads this but I thought it was worth a shot.

Vote number one starts with me. I vote for Leslie Budway for New CEO of SLJB!
