It's about more than that.

Another comment you made was about the corrupt Doctor, and how in the real world we need to be looking past the conduct of that Doctor to deal with the real cancer problem. Do you accept the therapy that cures the cancer even though the venue that brought it to you was unwholesome or do you reject it and die? In the real world you click your tongue at what the doctor did but take the medicine to stay alive. In the real world we now know that there was something wrong with the intel we got at the start of the Iraq invasion but we still have a very smart enemy that is not going away. What do we do? Simply walking away is not going to treat the very real problem. The connection... you don't like how you got information about our enemy yet the enemy is very real.
