No bright youngster want to be in tech after bubble collapse. Too risky. They've moved elsewhere.

In the US Graduates salaries going down. "Pole climbers' salries going up. Pole climber jobs cannot be outsourced. See plase my reply to eplay.

All those technologies are ancillary technologies gravitating and aimed at extract more of the existing ones.

R&D budgets are only for modifying existing technologies as the case of China shows.
