In the debate comparing CUBE and its products to those of other companies trying to enter the digital video business, I am reminded of a speech I saw years back by Dean Rusk, former Secretary of State. It was during the Cold War. Mr. Rusk said that the generals were always complaining about the "lead" that the Russian military had over the U.S., and that they wanted more military hardware and weapons. Mr. Rusk would "turn it around" on the generals, and say "Well, would you trade U.S. miltary hardware for Russian military hardware?" He always got silence. Of course they wouldn't trade.

In the digital video area, who are you going to invest in if it's not CUBE? ESST? Zoran? Innovacom? Any of those companies would love to be in CUBE's position. It is the leader in digital video. Other companies will make money too, but CUBE is at the head of the pack. If you were at CUBE , would you trade CUBE's position with that of any other company in digital video?

There, I feel better already!
