Today a lot of them seem to have it all. The executive house, 2 new upscale cars, boats, ATV's, etc. You name it they have it.

Of course they can't afford to use any of it because they can't even gas them up and the house is virtually unfurnished. But hey, each to their own.

I try to use that to my advantage. I've wanted to upgrade my housing arrangement to somewhat larger. I close tomorrow on a 4 bedroom on the 4th green of the golf course. Put up for sale a year ago at 259,900 and I paid 190. The people that could no longer afford it paid 230 5 years ago and will leave with debt. But I can not feel sorry for them. Not only did they bury themselves they filled the entire house and garage with junk. I could not even get into the garage to see it for example. So they did not even do anything to help themselves sell it. Guy that appraised it for my mortgage went back after they had the rooms cleared of debris and appraised the house for 220. He said he wasn't sure he could appraise it for even 190 before because he couldn't find the house:)
