While it is clear the FCC and, more importantly, the DOJ should not approve the merger (and I surely hope they don't), it is important not to sell Karmazin short in this endeavor. Unfortunately, there does remain a significant chance he'll be able to make this happen.

I believe you will be proven dead wrong (once again) about XM's Q1 performance. Sub adds will be higher than expected, churn lower, net loss lower, and cash position will be surprisingly good.
