It's either propaganda or it is factual.

If it is propaganda------can go several ways, to discredit America (Bush) for not 'theoretically' getting bin ladin. To inspire those who are Bin Ladin supporters to continue to plot mayhem.

If it is factual, then Bush can say I told you so--- Bin Ladin is part of why we went into Iraq and Bin Ladin, Iran, Iraq are all in cahoots.

If it is propaganda--------to throw America and our troops off of where Bin Ladin really is or whether he is alive. If it is propaganda to provide a distraction in the midst of this onging war. (What would they be distracting from???)

Their targeting aim was certainly not very accurate with Cheney being a half mile away.
