Hello tonysee200x,

I see where you are coming from ... I do agree that in reading the filing I'm not able to know how testimony like this is argued against. I'm not a lawyer ... I'm sure that Novell will do all sorts of things ... but I have to admit that I can't understand how Novell current management would say things that appear to be so incorrect in the eyes of the Novell executives who negotiated the deal. I'm really looking forward to reading their arguments.

I'll let you know what goes at the shareholder meeting ... it'll be interesting to attend and hear. And yes ... I'm sure there will be spin in all directions ... but with my current investment I'll be critical of this. I want to hear how they will survive to trial.

Also ... I really appreciate the link to the short interest. I too have been wondering what the shorts have been doing. It's curious that they are leaving, in fairly significant numbers. Both February and April showed a ~20% drop in the number of short shares. And March was almost 10%. I've been curious to know how the shorts are holding up, and what they are doing lately. I have heard that as the short pressure is relieved, the price could rise.

Anyhow ... fun to watch!
