SPOKE TO ROBERT ANGERER THE DAY THE ANOUNCEMENT WAS MADE REGARDING THE EXPIRATION OF THE DEAL WITH VICTORY CORP. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE LOOKING ACTIVELY FOR OTHER PARTNERS. THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION ABOUT THE INSIDER SALE DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH OF ABOUT 118000 SHARES, WAS THOSE SHARES WERE HIS DADS, AND HE NEEDED THE MONEY. FURTHER, WHEN I CONVEYED OUR FRUSTRATION, AND OUR UNDECISION TO SELL OR NOT TO SELL, HIS ANSWER WAS, THAT THIS COULD BE COMPARED TO WALKING AWAY FROM A SLOT MACHINE.
