I look for XM to improve per the NPD data to 48% market share for Q1.

It hardly matters. While XM outperformed SIRI again in Q1 (in every respect, just as it has in the past), now, whatever market share is taken from SIRI will put a damper on SIRI, which will only hold Xm back.

XM's management has been sucked into the Mel hype, and the stock is effectively neutered until the merger is rejected. Which can't happen soon enough.
