First Quarter Financial and Business Highlights

-- Net revenues of $120.2 million

-- 36.4 percent increase in subscription revenue from Growth
products from the first quarter of 2006

-- 18.3 percent increase in revenue from direct subscribers from
the first quarter of 2006

-- A-EBITDA of $1.2 million
