this very good news was already spreading, faster than hot bitumen. What a gift this year long consolidation in COS's price has been. On balance, COS has generally swapped what was an ongoing capital cost for Stage 3,now, for the higher royalty rate. As you said, the FCF was going to push beyond those changes. And it has.
