Just a thought on Fred Anderson's press release accusing Jobs of being complicit in the backdating.

I find it difficult to believe that Anderson could have gotten this far with the SEC investigation without already telling them everything that was in the press release. If he did fail to reveal that kind of information while being questioned, I would think that he would be in trouble for that right now.

Thus, I don't believe anything Anderson has to say at this point could possibly make a difference in terms of Jobs having problems with the SEC.
