You wouldn't get a 16% increase unless you're self employed. Employee/employer both pay 7.65% but that covers medicare too. The issue of passing to our kids is a very serious one for me. People talk about not needing the NRA or a militia group - well, I bet you're going to want them when SS dies. I'll want to line all 435 members of congress up against a wall and mow the fuckers down. The people need to send this message NOW - FIX IT OR DIE!
