We are being accused of stock fraud stock manipulation. You don't blanket accuse any and everybody of civil crimes just to get the guilty. That would be like the police rounding up everybody on a street because somebody on the street but they aren't sure who was driving while Drunk. Not sure if I can counter sue or if would be worth while but will ask my attorney after this all settles down My attorney's advice is to not respond yourself but through an attorney. Use your best judgement but remember if you are as limited in law experience as I am the best bet is pay the attorney and play it safe. They have to look out for your best interest
