Rising short interest over consecutive months can be bullish for a stock.

For MOT maybe a short term rally??

See there is a proxy battle for a seat on the Board. Icahn wants one and the current Board is saying no because he doesn't have a large enough % to demand a seat. (My interpretation of what I read)

Icahn must think there is something to buy, otherwise why is he buying?
