Why would you want to reward the top 1% and screw everyone else? Because Limbaugh told you it was a good idea. He's one of the top 1%. Limbaugh and his friends are also huge deliberate liars and misleaders who spins and deceive as much as possible. Remember his attacks on Michael J Fox saying Fox was pretending to tremble? Just one small example of Limbaugh's evil dishonesty.

Limbaugh wants to eliminate all taxes and social programs so the rich don't have to shoulder any of the burden. That's all this is about, freeing the very rich from paying taxes.

Bush and cheney are also part of the top 1%, and both are very greedy and unethical.
