You are forgetting that the land thief would like everyone to accept him as the owner, and forget that he stole the land. What you need to understand is that many people think stealing land is a capital offence, with a long statute of limitations, and they have no great objection to vigilantes enforcing the penalty.

Comparing it to firemen & arsonists is an excellent example of the unfair view of the problem that many Americans have. That is the attitude the US projects to the Arabs. It is unfortunately, rather wide of the mark.
