Now the facts: Pals got cir $300/person.

Israel got 2.56B/6.2M = $412/person just from the USA government, not including private donors. And this does not include the effects of loan deals either, which are substantial.

The rest of his article is the typical litany that Pals are beyond hope, so there is nothing we can do. Fine, if that is your attitude, sit and stew for the next 50 years while the Pals reproduce and your own citizens slowly go live in nicer countries. Then ask yourself if things look more likely to produce a better result than they did 50 years earlier.
