True. I think the statute of limitations is linked to living memories. Once they have died out, things change more easily. In this sense also Nadine is correct, that the Arabs, by keeping the Pals refugees, keep the memories from dying out. But that is also why it is very much in Israel's interest to solve the problem, rather than continue to raise generations with personal reason to hate Israel.
