This isn't a volleyball game- -not if you play it now. They don't have intercontinental missiles. Bombers couldn't make it through the NORAD defense even if they have intercontinental bombers. And they have no nukes YET. Are you going to wait until they have nukes and ICBMs? Who do you think is really going to get hurt in a conventional bombing campaign- -the nuke program and the bigwigs and military or the common people?
