Without the Iraq War, the economy would be booming, the Dow would have surpassed 13,000 years ago, and Bush would take all the credit much like Clinton took all of the credit of the booming 90's.

Ahhhhh......still sticking to the notion that Clinton lucked out. I suspect it must be very comforting to someone who is/was a Bush supporter. The boom in the '90s didn't just happen just as a competent FEMA didn't just happen. If you weren't partisan, you would see that.
