I don't see it as a reasonable question Sr K. "4.28% on $45 m rev" or whatever the revenue number turns out to be is all I need to know. Apparently they think the use of a "compensation consultant" (the new auditor by chance?) to explain how badly they were "short changing" our poor management executives, some how justifies "awarding" them for screwing shareholders. Imagine that... we had to pay someone to come in and justify transforming a 0.01 profit into a <0.01> loss... because our management couldn't figure out that they could skim another 4% off the top by themselves! Its simply take the cash and let shareholders bet the come. Imagine what they'll do if they ever actually deliver a consistent profit. No wonder Wall Street's got free rein to sell all the fake shares they want... and Washington charges off to war on some demented paranoid delusion of "shock and awe!" Frankly I'm just about fed up with this country and its gravy train of scam artists. Crime doesn't pay... it takes... day in and day out 24x7... No holidays or vacations. If this company makes 0.10 GAAP earnings this year... I'll eat the 0.10 and a bug. 0\|0
