I hate to see "you" on the fence...??? I'm the one that has been sweating the length of resolution time on the options issue. I've decided no one could be so stupid as to lie their way through an options back-dating issue. I have to believe they are just being "super" careful after the acctg issues they have dealt with in the past. The new "formal" review may have required another mountain load of paperwork in a new format... If I'm wrong - I won't be shopping in your neighborhood anytime soon. :(
